Seminar format: in-person. If it is impossible for foreign participants to arrive, their participation in the online format is considered by the organizers on an individual basis.

International Seminar Computational Linguistics (CompLing-2026) is focused on discussing cutting-edge research and applied developments in the fields of computational modeling and natural language processing, information retrieval, automated knowledge extraction from text corpora, and speech technologies. A key task of the seminar is the integration of scientific approaches in computational linguistics with machine learning techniques and neural network models. Thus, the seminar serves as a platform for interaction among computational linguists, AI researchers, and NLP industrial projects, stimulating interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge and innovations.

SUBMISSION

  • The contributions must be submitted in form of Full research paper (12–15 pages) and present original unpublished work from the authors
  • Manuscripts submitted to the CompLing2026 workshop must be prepared using the Springer template
  • All submissions must be done via the Microsoft CMT system

All submitted papers and abstracts will undergo double-blind peer review by the Program Committee. The authors of accepted papers will need to improve their paper on the basis of reviewers’ comments and will be asked to send a camera-ready version of their manuscripts.

At least one author of each paper accepted to CompLing2026 must pay a full registration, attend the workshop and present the work.

PROCEEDINGS

The accepted and presented papers will be included in the IMS-2026 Proceedings and indexed in Scopus.
